A: Maxter has both domestic and International representatives available. If you would like to schedule a meeting please contact us and a representative will gladly come out to meet with you
Q: Does Maxter Provide a guarantee for all its products?
A: Yes Maxter Corporation's Instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in Material and workmanship if and when used for their intended purpose. Any defective product will either be replaced or repaired at Maxter's discretion. However, this agreement becomes null and void if Maxter instruments are either serviced by an unauthorized person/facility or have been subject to misuse, improper care and cleaning. Please contact us in case of any questions on this issue.
Q: Does Maxter Corporation provide repair services for surgical instruments?
A: Yes we provide repair services for both Maxter as well as other company general instruments. Please contact us for more information.
Q: What is Maxter Corporation's return policy?
A: Maxter offers credit for all unused merchandise,( provided that it is in its original packaging) , and must be returned to within 30 days from invoice date
